Techniques To Combat Aging
Techniques To Combat Aging
Hello again!
|
I’m sure you know that mankind has been on earth for a long time, but ever since the first humans started wandering around on two feet, most of them have been searching for the so-called fountain of youth. It’s only natural to want to stay young forever. The tribal witches and those following them with more scientific-sounding titles have come quite some way, but nobody has it down pat yet. Or if they do, they’re not talking about it! Question: is there any way to look young and feel younger at all ages? Many, many people have spent much money and more in an attempt to do utilise the most expensive techniques to combat aging. Some, who had “megabucks” and spent them, ended up neurotically changing first this attribute and then that – most with not much success (witness Michael Jackson), although some were relatively successful (like Cher and Elizabeth Taylor). Any economically “normal” person could live much more than comfortably on what any one of these three have spent on cosmetic repairs, workovers, re-does, treatments, surgery, etc. etc. for the rest of their life!
There are thousands of products on the markets word-wide that promise the look of restored or renewed youthful appearance. Buyers flock to get the latest, most successful (they hope!) products, so that they can look younger and more attractive. They also buy products that promise that they will live longer if they use the product. And of course, there are the products that claim not only more youthful appearance, but also longer life – the veritable fountain of youth.
Buyers are there for these products and their promises, and they are giving up their money to prevent (they hope) getting old and looking old. There are lots of naysayers who insist all these products are fakes, and that there is no possibility of reversing the aging process or its appearances.
BUT!! What is being demonstrated today is that there are some (a few) products that really do work, at least to some degree. These products do manage to retard the appearance of aging, which helps the user to feel younger and healthier and more attractive, proving it is possible to find techniques to combat aging.
What the researchers have found is that it appears there is no single distinguishable gene in our DNA that is responsible for the aging process. Proof of this – to a certain degree – is that the average lifespan of us humans is increasing, almost ever year since it has been measured (the exceptions being things like wars, plagues, natural catastrophes, and nuclear accidents). On the other hand, there is apparently some evidence using ancient human bones that some of these people actually lived for 100 years and more. But there are some uncertainties, and the results of the carbon-dating system (and others) are not conclusive. The US CIA (yes, THAT CIA) estimates that – for 2009, around the world – the average national life expectancy ranges from 84.36 years (for Macau) to 31.88 years (for Swaziland). The USA is 78.11 (50th of 224), the UK is 79.01, Switzerland is 80.85, and the four runners-up to Macau are Andorra (82.51), Japan (82.12), Singapore (81.98), and San Marino (81.97). BTW, the life expectancy varies strongly by sex – for the USA, women will live to 80.69 and men to only 75.65. Should you move to Macau to live longer? Probably only if you can arrange to be born and raised there.
Then too, there are folks who feel like they’ve already worn their body out when they hit 35, and others who still feel like spring chickens at 85. It’s obvious that the first ones need and the last ones have found the techniques to combat aging.
The most recent results show us the following information for products that will help us look or feel younger than we really are:
- Growth Hormone (also known as “Human Growth Hormone”, “GH”, or “HGH”)
Please note: If you buy a product from Amazon as a result of clicking on the above advertisement, Sue & Craig Websites should receive a commission from Amazon, based on the amount you pay before taxes and transportation, and the type of article you buy. Growth hormone is produced in the anterior pituitary gland by some cells called somatotroph cells. It is a polypeptide hormone based on a protein structure. There are three variants of the growth hormone, the natural human growth hormone (“HGH” in the following text) that is produced in the human body, somatotrophin that is a similar hormone but is produced in animals, and somatropin that is produced artificially in the laboratory.
HGH is probably the product used most often in techniques to combat aging. The production of natural HGH in the human body declines with age. At age 65, the body’s production of HGH typically has declined to between 15 and 20 percent of the capacity at optimum form.
HGH is often combined with 2-AEP. 2-AEP’s full name is calcium 2-amino ethyl phosphoric acid, and it is more accurately termed “Ca-2AEP”. Ca-2AEP is reported to assist in building or renewing nerve paths through cellular walls, thus helping reverse or slow down the aging process. This combination is considered to be (currently) among the best techniques to combat aging. - Vitamins and Minerals
Vitamins and minerals are some of the basic building blocks the body uses in building new cells. They also assist in keeping our body parts healthy and running properly. If our body parts – right down to the cellular level – are in good condition and running properly, we will feel better. And feeling better is the right direction in feeling younger. A good solution to getting the right combination and amounts of vitamins and minerals is to take a multi-vitamin capsule or a multi-vitamin-mineral complex specially designed for boomers and older persons. These are readily available in most pharmacies and on-line as well.

The protection and assistance that these two products give us will move us along in the right techniques to combat aging. There is a chain reaction involved here:
- When we use these products, we will not feel as though we are aging (or at least aging as rapidly).
- When we feel as though we are not aging (or as rapidly), we will be happier.
- With our life full of laughter and happiness, we can accept things as they come – “roll with the punches” – much better.
- When things don’t cause us as much grief as they might have, we can live a happier and more fulfilling life.
- This all makes our lives better as we utilise the techniques to combat aging.
