Joseph Pilates was male nurse in the WW1 German army. He was way ahead of his time, because he invented a particular form of exercise that addresses the exercise needs of wounded personnel. However, Pilates exercises are valuable for more than only rehabilitation patients, and the art is being practiced world-wide today.

You know, posture has everything to do with the pains you’ll experience as you grow older. Today’s generation is usually forced to go against how they should sit or stand. You have to constantly tilt your head forward when working on the computer and you sometimes need to look down when reading a book.
